AeroMicro ships most of orders via USPS Priority Mail for $6.99/order to any U. S. location within 2 business day after receiving orders for all in-stock items. USPS Economy Mail is delivered in an average of 2-5 days. , Shipments might take more than 5 days depending on your local post office. For orders that qualify for free freight, we will ship by USPS Priority Mail or UPS. For over-weight (more than 70 pounds) and over-size items (more than 108 inches in combined length and girth) , AeroMicro will ship via either UPS or FedEx and charge actual shipping and add the difference to the invoice. AeroMicro does NOT ship international orders.

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
All returns must be authorized via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 10 days upon receiving the item with a valid AeroMicro invoice number. An RMA number will be issued back with return instructions within one to three business days. All returns without an RMA number will be rejected by our receiving department. All returns must be freight pre-paid and securely packaged by customers. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee for all unopened and unused merchandise in resale-able condition unless the item is Dead On Arrival (DOA). The original shipping charge is not refundable. All defective Castle Creations, GWS, Hitec, Align or Thunderpower products must be returned to the manufacturers. All sales are final for batteries, ESC, motors and servos. AeroMicro.net will try its best to replace all returns subject to the product availability. If a returned item is no longer available, AeroMicro will replace that with an equivalent or higher value product. AeroMicro accepts no responsibility for crash damage and improper installation of purchased products.
